How to Take Charge of Your Life

Give it a momentary thought and you will realize how true our universal pursuit of Happiness is? From  waking up in the morning ,performing well in a job , styling  yourself, partying,eating good food and going on vacation: –all our choices and desires . our goal is to achieve  happiness . Though these choices are a matter of free will but do you realise when the outcomes are  unwanted which  create unhappiness and depending on the degree which  leave mental aberrations on the individual’s mind. Self Balance is important .

Happy People choose their Destinies, I am sure you all would agree that own sense of personal self balance make you think   “How would I manage myself when my own doing bring trouble “? It has proved by many researchers that such personalities achieve more in school, cope better with situation, and live more happily. Personal self control exert more control to make choices about their environment as a result they become more alter enable them in making decisions and to participate active , establishing pre-set deadlines for oneself better confident feeling of self personal control.

 Optimists  enjoy greater success. Yet in affirming the great truth about optimism, let us forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future .Unrealistic optimists may fail to take sensible precautions. What do we conclude when we are less successful than we dreamed? The recipe for well-being, is to  requires  balance of positive thought, but a mix of optimism to provide hope, a dash of pessimism to prevent complacency, and enough realism to discriminate those things ,which  we can control from those we cannot.

 Healthy self-esteem

Happy People love themselves enjoy high self esteem -It is always good to have high self esteem which is directly related to social network, the activities they participate in, and what they project about themselves  to the outer world for example most love sign “Like” on Facebook enjoy to hear good things about themselves from others. Positive self-esteem has been linked to factors such as psychological health,both physical appearance  and mental  health. Most of us have a good reputation with ourselves. In studies of self-esteem, even low-scoring people respond in the mid-range of scores. Because it is based on the genuine achievement of realistic ideals, and on feeling accepted for what one is, such self-esteem provides a strong foundation for enduring joy. During adolescence, self-esteem is affected by age, race, ethnicity, puberty, health, body height, body weight, body image, involvement in physical activities, gender presentation, gender identity, and awakening or discovery of sexuality. Self-confidence can vary with age and situation.

 Happy People are outgoing (extraverts)

 They are energized and thrive off of being around other people. They take pleasure in activities that involve large social gatherings, such as parties, community activities, public demonstrations, and business or political groups. An extraverted person is likely to enjoy time spent with people and find less reward in time spent alone. An introvert is likely to enjoy time spent alone and find less reward in time spent with large groups of people, though he or she may enjoy interactions with close friends. Trust is  an issue  important  significance: a virtue of utmost importance to introverts is choosing a worthy companion .
